(0) The license of the main part of RTSS is BSD-style license, the
detail of which is shown below.

(1) RTSS uses PCRE Library (http://www.pcre.org/). The license of
PCRE Library is New BSD-style license, the detail of which is shown
below.

(2) Among the files in RTSS source distribution, the four files
tinyxml.h, tinyxml.cpp, tinyxmlparser.cpp and tinyxmlerror.cpp are
originally part of Tiny XML (http://www.grinninglizard.com/tinyxml/).
Note that tinyxml.h has been modified by the author of RTSS -- the
modified part of this file is clearly marked by the comment saying
"RTSS-specific changes".
The license of Tiny XML library is Zlib license, the detail of which
is shown below.



RTSS LICENSE

RTSS (short for Railway Total System Simulator, a.k.a. simulator by Ryo
Takagi and Satoru Sone) is a program to simulate and evaluate the feeding
network of a DC electric railway.

Release 2.6.0 of RTSS is distributed under the terms of the "BSD" license,
as specified below. The documentation for RTSS is not available as yet;
however, when supplied, it will also be distributed under the same terms
as the software itself.

PCRE LICENCE

PCRE is a library of functions to support regular expressions whose syntax
and semantics are as close as possible to those of the Perl 5 language.

Release 8 of PCRE is distributed under the terms of the "BSD" licence, as
specified below. The documentation for PCRE, supplied in the "doc"

The basic library functions are written in C and are freestanding. Also
