Improvements
- In XML G file, one <three_data> tag can replace three tags, <gradient>, <curvature> and <speed_restriction> in the definition of a "gradcrv" data set.
- XML-ised the F file.
- To enable 2., duplicate name of two or more substations in XML S file will no longer be allowed. This may mean some mal-formed XML S file with duplicate substation name, allowed in the previous releases, will not be accepted in this release.
- (binary distribution only) In the Windows installer, a language can be selected from among English and Japanese.
