Electric storage heater

The storage heater fitted in my flat. The electricity price in the UK is much lower than that in Japan even in the daytime, but the storage heater makes use of the further discounted night time electricity (almost one third). It is of no use in the coldest night in winter, but the good thing is that the temperature can be kept over 20 degrees Celsius all day long by this heater alone thanks to the thick and heat-insulating brick walls.

Additional comment 11/02/2003 ... The heater became out of order! I am now asking for repairs. See what happens...
