The museum located in Dudley. The admission fee to this museum is rather expensive (GBP 9.60 at the time of my visit), and you might have to pay extra for some of the attractions and sometimes you will even be asked for donation, but it is well worth the money. Especially, the town preserved to the 1900 style of Black Country and the Dudley Canal Tunnel tour (for which you should pay extra) are simply superb.
