I understand LRTA is a non-government, non-profit organisation. However, when I e-mailed a DTLR official in London, he replied to me stating that the information should be better available on LRTA web site, although LRTA is operating quite independently, unlike the similar examples of Japanese organisations that are apparently in very close relationship with the government and far from being independent. I wonder when a non-government organisations like this becomes highly recognised in Japan...
