No. 13 ... Eitai Bridge

東京・隅田川にかかる永代橋。 1926年12月竣工、 橋長185.170mの下路バランスドタイドアーチ橋です。 今年の年賀状に使いました。 南側右岸側テラスから撮影しましたので、 多少橋そのものが露出オーバーになっています。 快晴の空の青さがきれいなのでよしとしましょう。 （撮影: 1999. 2. 13, 大きな画像: 163kB）

Eitai-bashi Bridge over Sumida River in Tokyo, a 185.17m long tied arch bridge completed on December 1926. I have printed this photo on my new year's greeting card (sorry, no card written to people overseas...). This photo was taken from the southern side, standing on the terrace made on the right side river bank. Apparently the bridge itself is overexposed because of too much sunlight, but I am almost satisfied by the clear sky without a cloud. (Photo taken: February 13, 1999. Larger image: 163kB.)
