The "Train Vert" magazine is all in Japanese. It will be distributed as a seat pocket service on the Green Cars (1st class seats) of JR East (East Japan Railway Co.). You can also buy one at the Kiosk in the stations, or at major book stores in Japan. (The issue in charge has now become outdated)
